Incantesimi creates a mood of enticement and seduction between the violinist and the pianist. Their roles of seducer and influencer change throughout the piece. At times the violin and piano are locked together in an embrace and in other times they diverge drastically from each other only to be drawn together suddenly as a spark that one feels from the touch of a soul mate. The piece was composed in Rome in 2006
